At The Tiffin Day Nursery we have a talented and dedicated team of staff to service your needs. It is our philosophy that when a child attends the nursery, it is not the equipment and facilities that make the experience an exciting one, but the creativity and talents of the staff we employ, who dedicate their time to making children happy and contented.

Our staff are chosen for their qualifications, experience and also their depth and quality of personality that makes them uniquely suited to bring our values to life.

Our internal induction and training programme, ensures that all our staff operate in a consistent manner and thus all our children are treated as individuals within a common framework. This allows every child to receive the best from their assigned Key Practitioner.

The experience, skills, and knowledge of our staff alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, combines to form a thoughtful programme of care that nurtures the capabilities of every child. The result is a truly satisfying approach to childcare.
